[Ingredients]
*Tea leaves 7-8g
*Hot Water 250ml

STEP1:Cooling the water down slightly
First Pour the hot water into Yunomi(teacup),then pour it from the cup into Dobin(big teapot). After that, pour the water into the yunomi to about 85 degrees.
The amount of hot water from Yunomi into Dobin is the half.Please be careful not to let it cool down too much.

STEP2:Put the leaves in the Dobin.
2 heaping tablespoons

STEP3:Pour in the hot water from the Yunomi.Close the lid and brew for one minute.

STEP4:Pour 1/3 of the tea into the Yunomi.
then swirl the tea around in the Dobin 3times.
*Swiring the tea:
Move the pot in the wide inward spiral.
The centrifugal force opens the leaves so their full flavor can be released.

Step5: Pour half of the tea into the Yunomi and swirl the tea again before pouring the rest.

The ingredients are light and the fragrance is appealing.
