We are pleased to announce the reopening of our online tea store for our overseas customers. Please choose your favorite products, put them in the cart, and fill in your shipping address, customer name, and contact information. We use the payment ,only via PAYPAL. Basically, we use Japan Post EMS as our shipping method. However, depending on the country, there are areas where EMS cannot be used. In such cases, we will contact you and suggest a shipping method using DHL or UPS. If you have not heard back from us within a week after we have made the offer, we will cancel your order. EMS may take from 1 week to 1 month depending on the country. Because the number of flights to overseas from Japan is still reduced. If you want to be sure to receive your order as soon as possible, we will send it by DHL, UPS, etc, Please contact us at info@chanoha.info And Japan post have announced that the shipping method by E-Packet for small items had terminated as of October 1, 2023. - Application time limit
After you order by email and you have not yet sent your payment,
your order will be cancelled after 30 days.
- Delivery period
All items are shipped within 5days of receiving your payment.
But Shipping to USA may take some time to apply for FDA.
If you order products that are out of stock, we will contact you by email.
Depending on your country, tariffs, import taxes or custom clearance fees
may be imposed on purchased items.These fees must be paid by receivers.
Import tax and customs clearance fee policies are different for each country,
therefore ask customs for details.
- Returns and exchanges
We only accept returns for defective products.
