Tea Making Directions
[Ingredients]
*tea leaves 6g [a little less than half a scoop]
 *Hot water about 50ml

[Cooling the water down]
First pour the hot water into the Yunomi(tea cup),
then pour it from the cup into the Kyusu(small tea-pot).
After that, pour the water into the Yuzamashi(water cooler) to cool it down .

[Making the tea]
Step1:Put the leaves in the kyusu.
half a scoop of tea leaves (about half a tablespoon)

Step2:Let the water cool down further.
  Cool down the water further.
Use hot water slightly hotter than human skin (about 50degrees).
The hot water is cooled by pouring it over the cooler water.

Step3: Pour in the water from the Yuzamashi.
Do not pour the hot water directly onto the tea leaves.
Let it brew for one and a half minutes.
  Keep the teacup warm.

Step4: Gently pour 1/4 of the tea into the yunomi
Hold kyusu in your hand and gently swirl the tea around in the Kyusu 3 times,   then pour gently.
  *Swiring the tea:
Move the pot in a wide inward spiral.
The centrifugal force opens the leaves so their full flavor can be released.

  Step5: twice more.

Final step: Finally, pour out the last quarter of the amount to the last drop.

Gyokuro has a high quality of concentrated "Umami" taste, a savory and strong flavor,
Like wine tasting, please take just a small sip to appreciate the attractive taste of gyokuro.
